New Luxury Apartments Open in West L.A. Next Week

The new luxury mixed-use residential and commercial building "bw" will celebrate its grand opening in West Los Angeles next week.

The new building will feature 78 residences ranging from one-bedroom apartments to 1,500 square-foot penthouses along with luxury shops and dining, according to a bw spokeswoman. 

"The bw offers a unique living option for busy executives, professionals,  bi-coastal residents and short term residents/travelers looking for an exceptionally convenient and luxurious living experience as well as flexible leasing contracts," bw representatives said in a news release.

Residents at the new complex will have access to services such as a full-service concierge and on-site fitness training room. For those that prefer the outdoors, the building also features a rooftop garden complete with private seating areas, grilling stations and panoramic views of Los Angeles. 

In November, local chef Hans Rӧckenwagner will open the Rӧckenwagner Cafe inside the building. The new cafe will serve up casual, contemporary food along with Stumptown coffee, beer and wine.  Residents of the building can order room service from the cafe.

bw is located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Barrington in West Los Angeles.
