The Best Value on the Wilshire Corridor - The Wilshire Regent

If you are looking to buy on the Wilshire Corridor and don't want to spend a fortune on HOA dues, check out the Wilshire Regent.

If you are looking for the best value on the Wilshire Corridor, then I would definitely direct you to the Wilshire Regent, at 10501 Wilshire Blvd.  The prices are very reasonable compared the rest of the Wilshire Corridor and the homeowners dues the lowest for the type of building.  They also include all amenities, including cable.

Units in the building do not have a washer and dryer but the 10th floor and above have units on either side and there is a good commercial laundry on the 5th floor.

Amenities at the Wilshire Regent are as good as many of the other Wilshire Corridor buildings and include:  concierge, valet, conference center, and one of the larger pool decks and fitness centers on the Corridor.  You can even rent office space and there are around 6 guest rooms for friends and family of residents which can be rented for $72 per night.
