Health & Wellness Exposition at the Motor Avenue Farmers Market

Fall has arrived! And in preparation for the holiday

season, the Motor Avenue Farmers Market is hosting a health and wellness exposition

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH!

We’ve enlisted the help of dietitians and wellness instructors to help educate our community about

nutrition and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our program for the day includes:

  • presentations and consultations from
  • Sports dietitian Melissa Ireland
  • Wellness instructor Nakita Gupta
  • The California Dietetic Association 
  • martial arts exhibitions
  • yoga demonstrations
  • cooking advice from Cooking with Gabby
  • and more!
