Viewfinder: Franklin D. Murphy Sculpture Garden, Part 1

This five acre garden on the UCLA campus features more than 70 international sculptures

UCLA’s third chancellor, Franklin D. Murphy, believed that people would enjoy works of art more if they were a part of their daily lives. The Franklin D. Murphy Sculpture Garden was dedicated in 1967 and provides a relaxing place for students and visitors to wander around and admire the beauty of art in a natural setting.
