Monday morning is the first rush hour after the beginning of "Ramp Jam," the closure of two 405 Freeway ramps at Wilshire Boulevard.
No major traffic drama was reported over the weekend, according to City News Service. The ramps closed Friday night for a 90-day reconstruction period.
Traffic control officers will be stationed in Westwood and Brentwood neighborhoods to ease the flow of traffic during peak hours. They will be stationed at the following locations from 6:30-9:30 a.m. and 2:30-7:30 p.m.:
- Veteran and Wilshire
- Sepulveda and Santa Monica
- Sepulveda and Wilshire
- Sepulveda and Montana at the 405 Freeway on-ramp
- Sepulveda and Church/Ovada
- Sepulveda and Moraga
- Santa Monica and Beloit
- Santa Monica and Cotner
- Sunset and Bundy
- Sunset and Barrington
- Sunset and Barrington Place
- Sunset and Church
- Sunset and the northbound 405 Freeway off-ramp
- Sunset and Veteran
