Gas Prices Rise 10 Cents in 2 Days

The average price of a gallon of gas in Los Angeles County is $4.374.

Gas prices climbed 10.4 cents over the past two days to an average of $4.374 for gas stations in Los Angeles County.

The lowest price for a gallon of regular gas in Westwood and Century City could be found Sunday at the Shell station on Santa Monica Boulevard and Greenfield Avenue.

In the past two days, the average price of gas rose 3.7 cents. The price increase comes from record low inventories and refinery issues, according to Jeffrey Spring of the Automobile Club of Southern California.
