Beverly Glen Street Repair, Closure Postponed

The road will now be closed and repaved Tuesday and Wednesday.

Crews from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power will repave a damaged 380-foot segment of Beverly Glen Boulevard on Tuesday and Wednesday, one day later than expected.

The road has deteriorated in the months since a  in February. The work was expected to begin Monday morning, but one of the DWP machines broke down, according to an announcement on the Residents of Beverly Glen website.

Beverly Glen Boulevard will be closed between Corfu Lane and Crater Lane. The street will be open to local traffic. Work is expected to resume Tuesday and Wednesday, from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
