NFL Stars Teach Hawaiian, Pacific Islander Youth to Get Fit

The White House brings kids to UCLA for a day of fitness.

Pittsburgh Steelers Hines Ward, Troy Polamalu and San Diego Charger Marcus McNeill were the main attraction Saturday at UCLA as hundreds of people attended the Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Fitness Day.

The event was sponsored by The White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and addressed the soaring obesity and diabetes rates among high school youth within the Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities.

Celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels was also on hand to lead the children in a fun work out.
