Last Minute Deals at the Century City Mall

The sun is out but in case of rain, free umbrellas will be available.

1. After getting close to a half-year's worth of rain in less than a week, Westwood is getting a respite this morning. Mostly sunny skies are forecast for today. The region will get another shot of rain late Saturday and Sunday, with a quarter-inch to half-inch likely to fall, the National Weather Service reports. Since late last week, most parts of Los Angeles have received seven or more inches of rain. It will be mostly sunny today. Highs will be near 60 degrees.

2. at the mall is holding a toy drive tonight. Come by from 7-10 p.m. with a new unwrapped toy and enjoy $5 "mistletoe margaritas" and if you're really feeling jolly, $15 pitchers. Toys benefit the Salvation Army.

3. Deals at the mall: With the sunny skies in the forecast, Westfield is offering all-day validated parking if you spend more than $250. Show your receipts at the concierge desk. Also there's free hot cocoa for everyone.

4. More shopping: Still need more time to shop? Both Westfield and the Westside Pavilion malls are open until 11 p.m. tonight, and from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Christmas Eve.

5. In case it does rain, Westfield Century City is giving away rain parkas and umbrellas as they have the last few days.
