Apple Co-Founder Leads Line for iPad 3 in Century City

Steve Wozniak is reportedly first in line for the iPad 3 release at Westfield Century City.

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is at the front of the line for the Friday release of his company's iPad 3 at .

Wozniak tweeted and checked in to the at the mall Thursday afternoon to say he was "starting the line." [See his recent tweets by clicking through the images to the right.]

When I stopped by the mall around 6:45 p.m. to see the line, there was a pair of vacant camping chairs near the LensCrafters and Brooks Brothers. Because the mall prohibits even the most fervent of Apple fans from camping overnight, the line is forming just outside of it. A mall concierge confirmed the chairs belonged to Wozniak.
