After opening the first location in Beverly Hills in 2008, Chefs Jonathan Rollo and Kristi Ritchey opened this location two years later. Menu items are made daily using fresh, organic, locally-grown products. Unique dishes here include quinoa salad, baked sweet potato fries, green lentils, green beans with shallots and Israeli couscous salad. Greenleaf's signature lettuce cups are served with chicken, tofu, steak, salmon or ahi tuna. Many salads are available to order, or customers can create their own with a variety of ingredients. Sandwich and panini choices include BBQ chicken, chicken salad, turkey burger, grilled cheese, tuna salad, turkey and grilled veggie.

Breakfast, served until 10:30am Monday through Friday and until 2pm on Saturday, offers scrambles, homemade granola, oatmeal and various egg dishes. Hot and cold sandwiches are served for lunch, as well as a build-your-own grilled cheese from a selection of cheeses and toppings. Baked goods are displayed at the counter all day, including muffins, scones, cookies, rugelach, bars, brownies, quiche, pies, tarts and pot pies. Special Afternoon Tea is served on Thursday from 3pm to 5pm, with reservations required.

A selection of deli-style heat-at-home entrees are available at the counter, including pork pozole, sloppy joes, bouillabaisse, turkey chili, wild king salmon, meatballs, braised beef brisket, baked macaroni and cheese, Brussels sprouts, cous cous and mashed potatoes.
