Sharone Y, your tenants moved out 3 days before they were suppose to. They lost the keys to theRead More building and damaged the common area. You were told what the charges would be and were given ample time to deduct those charges from their security deposit. You were also offered an opportunity to meet with the Board of Directors to discuss these charges, but instead you wrote this review. Sharone, you need to understand, that it was not my decision to charge this to you, it was the Board of Directors. I understand that you cannot review the Board of Directors, but it isn't fair to my company to make up things like we didn't refund money or didn't update the intercom. The money was deducted by the Board of Directors and the intercom was updated the same week we received the information from your tenants as to their phone number. I understand you anger about losing that deposit to the Association - you still have the opportunity to request a meeting with the Board to discuss this and possibly have the fines and other charges reversed.

geriatric....You used this same word at a Board Meeting. At that meeting it was agreed that you wereRead More responsible for damage to other units due to your toilet leaking. I am a little disappointed that you wrote this review simply because I was enforcing the CCR's and made you pay for all the damage.
