Since 1996 the folks at Breadbar have been attempting to revolutionize the way Americans make and eat bread. It makes its bread the way traditional French bakeries do it, with natural, fresh ingredients and extended time in the oven. The result is light, crisp loaves. The store also sells traditional French fare like croque monsieur and duck confit, along with with curries, soups, pastries and other dishes. Patrons can sit in the indoor dining room or patio for full waiter service.
