BBQ Chicken is a small restaurant on the edge of the UCLA campus that specializes in chicken dishes. The main dish her: chicken fried in olive oil to crispy, golden-brown perfection. Variations include spicy BB Wings, Teri Wings (made with a garlic soy sauce) and the Olive Strip, boneless, all-white tenderloins. Crispy chicken can also be cooked with a sweet-and-sour, sweet-and-spicy or extra-spicy sauce. Sauces and dressings can be served on the side for dipping, and marinated or spicy grilled chicken is also available.
