A popular show is setting up shop locally. For sale will be pieces from Cartier, Rolex, Tiffany & Co., Bulgari and Harry Winston., some with dossiers.

One of the most popular antique jewelry shows has set up shop in Century City for the weekend, bringing with it hundreds of millions of dollars worth of antique jewelry, watches and handbags.

The show runs through Sunday at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza and includes pieces from Cartier, Rolex, Tiffany & Co., Bulgari and Harry Winston, according to organizers.

"Whether you are a novice and you are just looking for a piece that may be a good investment for you, or you are a serious collector, this is a great opportunity for you to come find everything from necklaces to rings, of course watches," said Dan Darby, the show's director.

Each dealer should able to tell the story of the pieces, whether they were previously owned by European royalty or designed by a well-known designer, Darby said.

Also included in the show are pieces designed by the man who shaped the Taylor-Burton diamond for Cartier, according to Darby.
