University High Softball Players Voted All-League
Two Wildcats are on the Western League first team, a third is selected to the second team.
The All-Western League softball team has been selected and three University High players are on the squad.
On the Western League first team are Wildcats Nitzy Selgado and Michelle Lomeli and Samantha Coronado is a second-team choice.
Palisades' Alexis Muir was named Most Valuable Player and Monica Cartwright of Westchester was voted Pitcher of the Year.
Rounding out the first team are Jaleka Galvez, Regina Choi and Kathy Vega of Hamilton; Bernadette Moran, Chase Persinger and Miliana Casillas of Venice; Amber Flores, Selma Cortez and Taleigh Williams of Palisades; Iman Goss and Shalonda Woods of Westchester and Cindy Manzo.

Rounding out the second team are Niaya Jones and Daphenie Aviles of Fairfax, Natiln Godda and Jazmine Kingi of LACES, Aalyah Burns and Kahmone Harris of Hamilton; Leanna De La Paz and Gabriela Robles of Venice; Jenna Paul, Shannon Dunn and Prudence Brando of Palisades; and Sharnitra Woods and Veranae Woods of Westchester.
