UCLA Basketball Players Drafted Into NBA
Sophomore Tyler Honeycutt and junior Malcolm Lee are second round choices.
Two UCLA players were selected in the second round of the 2011 NBA Draft on Thursday in Newark, New Jersey.
Sophomore Tyler Honeycutt, a 6-8, 186-pound small forward was drafted fifth in the second round and 35th overall by the Sacramento Kings.
Sacramento had the seventh pick on the first round and chose 18-year-old power forward Bismack Biyombo of Katanga, Congo.

As a freshman with the Bruins, Honeycutt averaged 7.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.2 blocks per game. As a sophomore in 2010-11, he played 33 games and averaged 12.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.1 blocks per game.
Junior Malcolm Lee, a 6-6, 198-pound point guard, was drafted 13th in the second round and 43rd overall by the Chicago Bulls.

In the first round, Chicago selected point guard Norris Cole, a senior from Cleveland State, with the 28th pick and small forward Jimmy Butler, a senior from Marquette, with the 30th pick.
Lee played 29 games as a freshman in Westwood, averaging 3.2 points and 1.5 rebounds per game. He played 32 games his sophomore season, averaging 12.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists. 1.1 steals and 0.3 blocks per game. As a junior this past season, he played in 33 games, averaging 13.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.7 steals, 0.2 blocks
