The GROOV3MENT is growing and will be rockin' West LA! GROOV3 is a one hour, dance till you drop, cardio funk class featuring a live DJ.

We are happy to announce that Wednesday, June 20th at 8:30 pm, we will be kicking off a brand new class at LA Dancefit. Taught by certified GROOV3 Instructor Sam Allen, the Westside will never be the same. Come experience LA's Hottest Workout...we guarantee you a sweaty good time!
