I have compiled the latest data for the Westwood Single Family home market and put together an easy to read infograph displaying the most common talked about statistics (attached).
The one stat the jumps out to me as the most suprising of them all is how many homes have sold at or over the asking price this year. As of July 31st, 42% of all single family home sales in Westwood were sold at or over the asking price.
