The free carnival features fun and  fitness, plus health, education, environment and literacy activities. There will be give-aways and “Christmas gifts” (last year’s included dozens of e-readers and bikes) for selected low-income families from the 54th Assembly District.

Mitchell hosts the event because she believes all at risk youth deserve summer fun, engaging activities, learning and encouragement.
