The following are crimes reported May 12-18 in the Westwood area.

All information is according to the LAPD's Crime Mapping website, which aggregates daily crime reports directly from the police, and includes crimes within a one-mile radius of the center of Westwood as determined by CrimeMapping.com—in this case Glendon Avenue between Lindrook Drive and Wilshire Boulevard . Below are some of the reported crimes.

Petty Theft
May 12: 1800 block of Greenfield Ave.
May 13: 1400 block of Midvale Ave.
May 14: 10900 block of Santa Monica Blvd. (shoplifting)
May 15: 10900 block of Rochester Ave.

Car-related Crimes
May 16: Stolen vehicle on the 1500 block of Greenfield Ave.
May 17: Theft from a vehicle on the 11000 Strathmore Drive
May 17: Stolen vehicle on the 10900 block of Santa Monica Blvd.
