A huge crowd of teenagers swarmed a quiet block in Holmby Hills around 10:30 p.m. for a house party, KTLA reports.
News of the party spread through social media, the report says.
"Having kids jumping out of the second story trying to escape police... with riot gear on top of that," a neighbor told KTLA.
Several people were cited by police for drug possession, drug paraphernalia and curfew violation. No property damage reports were filed, according to KTLA.
LAPD told KTLA the partiers came from an earlier party in Beverly Hills.
