LAPD: Westwood Burglars Caught On Video

Los Angeles Police Department released images of two men caught on video breaking into a Westwood apartment.

Los Angeles Police Department released images of two men who were filmed breaking into a Westwood apartment rented by UCLA students and stealing electronics and valuables Wednesday afternoon.

The burglary took place at 3 p.m. in the 500 block of Glenrock Avenue. The apartment building's security system caught the footage of the men entering the building lobby, forcing open an apartment door, and exiting the building carrying full duffel bags.

Police are seeking the public's help in identifying two men, who are both described as in their 20s, black and 5'8-5'10". In the images, one man is wearing an Anaheim Angels baseball hat, a white shirt with an 8-ball, and a green sweater. The other was wearing a gray shirt with black shorts and black shoes at the time.

The students reported missing laptops, jewelry and other valuable belongings.
