@pissed off citizen the police did what they had to do to save those kids and his wife, if they wouldnt have killed him he could have gone into the house kill his wife and his two girls. then you would be pissed off because the police didn't do anything to stop him. everyone always has something to say about what the police should have done but you will never know how it is to make a split decision when a situation is unfolding. as a mother i dont care if it was my husband, if he was threating of killing me and maybe even his kids, i say do what you need to do to keep my children safe. yes it is a sad situation and i'm sure he has family that will miss him dearly but he gave the police officers no choice but to do what they had to do.

Pissed off citizen--The creep shot a police k-9. So, his kids won't have a dad to grow up with. Let's see, he was going to shoot the wife and kid or maybe kids. Therefore, had he got his way, there would not be any kids to grow up or a wife left alive. THANK GOD the police got rid of that piece of trash before he killed a human.
