Homes in Westwood have always been wonderful. The most expensive sale of a home in Los Angeles happened in Westwood. Even the less pricey homes are still esthetically pleasing. The streets in Westwood are neat and attractive. The condominiums on the “Corridor” are the most forward thinking additions to the Los Angeles scene. With the advent of so much grid lock people will want to work and live in close proximity; thereby the popularity and appeal of the hi-rise building.

These buildings are extremely luxurious and while people think of other areas as being the ultimate in luxury and prestige, the Wilshire Corridor is the most exceptional of them all.

An example of this is in the price range of $5,000,000 to $22,000,000. There are now listed for sale 16 condominiums in that price range, all in Westwood!

For many people Westwood is the center of Los Angeles, the ocean on the west and Hollywood on the east.

Westwood is becoming a major center. The freeway is completing its renovations and the Village is starting to clean up its act. People are tiring of the plastic environment of stadium seating complexes and are returning to the simple neighborhood movie theater enhanced and updated with digital equipment.

Westwood offers it all, luxurious residences, world class medical center, museums and superb location.
