NO! Here's the real scoop.
Normally home prices in Los Angeles exceed condo prices, that is true but not in Westwood. There has not been a home that has sold in Westwood in 2011 for over 3 million dollars but there have been 6 condos that have sold over $3,000,000.
Westwood continues to be unique.
Presently there are over 100 condos for sale between $1 and $5 million in Westwood.
Westwood/Century City are our sophisticated areas of Los Angeles.
