Days after she was , Kathy Rodriguez put on a green poofy dress and attended a party fit for a princess.
The 17-year-old from Santa Monica is a cancer survivor whose wish to have a belated quinceañera was granted Saturday by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles.
Diagnosed with liver cancer last summer and now in remission, Rodriguez took a pre-party trip to in Westwood Village on Aug. 8 and picked out some lime green-colored gems and a dainty tiara to match her dress.
Saturday's event was held at , a JW Marriott hotel in Santa Monica.
