But no matter what side of the pitch you claim, you’re going to have to get there. And we all know that getting somewhere in Los Angeles is no simple task. And game day is no joke. With parking rates costing a small fortune and fanatics crowding the streets as early as 6 a.m., it pays to be smart about your transportation.

For fans heading to the Coliseum and the USC campus on the big day, go Metro. Metro’s bus and rail lines keep you from getting caught in the traffic jams or handing over all your cash just to park.

And for those heading to the Rose Bowl, we’re big fans of carpooling. Pack a car full of fellow fans, park in Old Pasadena and take advantage of the free shuttle bus to the stadium.
