Six Year High in Home Sales Last Month!

Thats right! August showed us the biggest increase in home sales in over half a decade! "Sales rose 9.0% from the previous month and were 14.2% from the same month last year to total 22,438," real estate firm DataQuick reported. The median price for a home in Southern California rose to a four-year high. If you are interested in how much your property is worth, I am happy to provide you with a free Market Evaluation.
