Based on the data provided by real estate data provider CoreLogic, we just saw a 4.4 percent increase in prices last month here in Southern California! This suggests that we are "clearly seeing the light at the end of a very long tunnel," said CoreLogic Chief Executive Anand Nallathambi in a statement. "We are now seeing a full recovery, or a fuller recovery," said Shaun Donovan, secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
