It’s already May. This year is almost half over. So without further ado, let’s see what’s been happening in Wilshire Corridor condo market over the first third of 2012.

Bold = buyers’ market.  Italic = sellers’ market.  Standard = stable market

 If you look at the Wilshire Corridor Condo market report for 2011 you will see the following changes in terms of absorption rate (the number of months it will take to sell existing inventory, in this case based on the past 4 months sales).  6 months is a stable market, above that is a buyer’s market and below a sellers’ market:
