PURPLE PEOPLE PARTY!

VOLUNTEER TO CHEER!!!

The Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research is hosting the Purple People Cheer Party along the marathon route to encourage the 25,000 runners participating in the Asics LA Marathon. Located on San Vicente Blvd at route mile 21 in Brentwood, our station features a mega music mix from DJ Phillip Kim and volunteers just like you cheering the runners on!

We would like all
volunteers to be with us from 8:30am to 1:30pm on March 9, 2014.  However, if you cannot to commit to the entire time frame, please let me know when to expect you and come when you can.

Purple is the color of
pancreatic cancer awareness, we ask that you please wear all the purple you
can!   Don't forget we will be outside so

remember your sunscreen, hat, or umbrella.

Everyone loves to win
prizes...and we have a couple opportunities to do this!

A.  BEST USE OF PURPLE

B.  BEST CHEER SIGN

Invite your friends and

family, come to the most energetic spot on the course and get ready for the

best morning of the year!
