A pretrial hearing is scheduled for three men charged in the slaying of Pamela Fayed, who was killed in a Century City parking garage more than four years ago.
The hearing for Jose Luis Moya, Steven Vicente Simmons and Gabriel Jay Marquez is set for Tuesday.
James M. Fayed, 48, Pamela Fayed's estranged husband, was sentenced to death in November of last year for masterminding his estranged wife's murder in a Century City parking garage during a divorce battle.
The alleged killer, Simmons, 23; the alleged getaway driver, Moya, 51; and the alleged lookout, Marquez, 46; each face life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted.
