Medical Problems Continue for Zsa Zsa Gabor

1. Zsa Zsa Gabor was taken to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Westwood on Wednesday because of poor circulation in her left leg, her publicist said. Gabor, 94, whose right leg was partially amputated in January, had been at home since being released from the hospital last month after a fight with pneumonia. Gabor has ``no blood flow'' to her left leg, publicist John Blanchette said.

2. Today is the 20th anniversary of the Rodney King beating at the hands of Los Angeles police officers, the videotape of which gave it worldwide attention. The April 1992 acquittal of four officers involved in King's arrest touched off the worst race riots in the city's history. By the time order was restored more than 50 people had been killed and property loss was estimated at $1 billion.

3.  A public meeting will be held at 6 p.m. tonight at St. Albans Episcopal Church, 580 Hilgard Ave., to discuss plans to demolish a faculty building on the UCLA campus and replace it with a six-story, 282-room hotel and conference center.

4. UCLA Film and Television Archives will show the Robert Altman film Come Back to the 5 & Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean. Kathryn Altman and Karen Black are scheduled to attend the screening. Armand Hammer Museum, Billy Wilder Theater, 10899 Wilshire Blvd.

5. Weather today: Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers. Highs will be in the lower 60s. Tonight, partly cloudy skies with lows in the mid 40s.
