If you're interested in commercial real estate, your last chance to register online for the Century City Chamber of Commerce's annual forum on the topic is coming up soon.

"How High Is The Sky, How Low Will It Go?: A Westside View on Commercial Real Estate Leasing & Finance" is Thursday at 9 a.m. Breakfast and networking session begins at 8 a.m. The event will be held at 2029 Century Park East at the conference center on the concourse level.

Chamber members and non-members are encouraged to attend. A panel of experts will cover the following topics:

• Trends in commercial leasing
• The best times to start leasing negotiations
• The Santa Monica spillover factor
