Broxton Avenue to Close for Bel-Air Film Festival Event

The Westwood street will be closed 11 a.m. through 11 p.m. for a block party.

A Bel-Air Film Festival block party will shut down Broxton Avenue for much of the day Friday.

The road will be closed from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Le Conte to Kinross, excluding the Broxton/Weyburn intersection.

The block party will run 4-11 p.m. and feature movie screenings and musical performances. Screenings include the world premiere documentary of "Oakenfold 24/7," and documentary film "Winter." Musical guests scheduled to perform include Sandra Collins, Mark Lewis, Angeline and Swedish Egil.

Admission is free with a college ID, $10 for general admission and $75 for a VIP pass.
