I am a local resident and I am thrilled that Target is coming to Westwood. I support my local shops, but our neighborhood is in dire need of an upgrade as far as local shopping goes.

Finally, no more driving across town. Best deals, should put Rite Aid and CVS to shame for the rip off prices.

I just saw that Target is coming to the area, which I think is great. I hope! Traffic getting into the village is already a nightmare, so hopefully this store won't contribute to making it that much worse. Despite that inconvenience, there will be something like 250 jobs created by this one store. Boycott all you want Ken! You are probably working as a clinical social worker, and have a stable job in this economy, as I do (OTR/L). Look at it from the humanistic aspect. Approximately 250 people will be working, and no longer feeding off of the unemployment or welfare system.
