David Myers' Hinoki & the Bird is now open in Century City.
The restaurant, located in luxury condominium building The Century, serves Asian-inspired California fare under executive chef and former "Top Chef" contestant Kuniko Yagi.
The menu is broken down into categories, including raw bar, fun bites, simply grilled, inspiration, and vegetables and grains. Menu items include caramel braised kurobuta pork, hinoki scented black cod, and lobster roll with green curry and Thai-basil. View a full menu attached to this article.
The restaurant's cocktail program was created by Sam Ross.
Hinoki & the Bird is open for dinner 5:30-10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Lunch service is slated to begin in the spring.
