"Hatchi Truck Stop" - Grill 'Em All

The "Hatchi Truck Stop" Event Features premier food truck chefs preparing Inspired Dishes the last Thursday of every month

Beginning Thursday, March 31, from 6-10 p.m., and continuing the last Thursday of every month, BREADBAR, along with Chef Noriyuki Sugie, host "Hatchi Truck Stop" at BREADBAR | Century City. Inspired by the popular Hatchi guest chef series, the "truck stop" will feature a different premier Los Angeles food truck each month, offering diners a one-night-only meal of eight inspired small plates priced at $8 each ($32 minimum purchase per guest).

The first guest "gastrotruck" in the series is none other than Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race" winner, Grill 'Em All. Helmed by Chefs Ryan Harkins and Mathew Chernus, who have been allies and band mates for over 20 years, Grill 'Em All is known for its rock 'n' roll attitude backed by a menu featuring awe-inspiring burgers and other delicious comfort foods. Among the heavy-metal inspired cuisine they will be serving March 31 are Molson Beer and Cheese Soup with Frisée, Lardons, and a Bacon Vinaigrette; "Behemoth Style" Meatballs with BBQ Sauce, Bacon, Smoked Cheddar, and Funyuns Onion Flavored Rings; Duck Confit Poutine with Wisconsin Cheese Curds and Rosemary; Foie Gras and Fig-Stuffed Pierogi with White Truffle Crème Fraîche; and Peanut Butter and Jelly Three Ways-Canapé, Ravioli, and Shot. To pair with the dishes, Humboldt County's Lost Coast Brewery will be serving its signature microbrews, which meld traditional English-style ales with the distinctive West Coast flavors of barley, wheat, and Northern California's exceptionally pure water.
