Flight Night

 Napa Valley Grille is having some fun with their wine tastings. Wednesday nights host Flight Night, where small bites are paired with flights of wine. The Grille's executive chef, Anne Conness, also hosts "Flight Training." Here guests can try trios of small bites, and the selection here is quite a bit more ambitious than the usual wine flight pairings. Options include poached mussels, Gewurztraminer-steamed clams, skirt teak skewers, toasted burrata with grilled baby artichokes, and a bittersweet chocolate caramel tart.
