 1)    Free Arts & Crafts Carnival at Westfield Century City Shopping Center

Every fourth Saturday of the month Westfield hosts a free family play date in the outdoor mall’s Play Zone across from Giggles N’ Hugs. This month, the kids can enjoy arts and crafts that include a coloring station, a glitter tattoo artist, and sand art bracelets. It starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 2.

2)    Happy Hour specials at Glendon Bar & Kitchen

Every day from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in addition to the Happy Hour drink specials, diners can get half off of Glendon’s pizzas. Pizzas include “The Ugly Goat” with goat cheese, parmesan, grilled zuchinni, and red and green peppers, and the “Classic” with 3 cheese and sauce.

3)    Free admission every Thursday at The Hammer Museum

Most days, it costs $5 to $10 to get into The Hammer, but on Thursdays it’s free for everyone. The museum houses contemporary art as well as classics. Current exhibitions include Los Angeles painter Mark Flores’ Hammer Project, which include 99 paintings along the lobby wall inspired by a walk down the entire length of Sunset Boulevard.

4)    Moving sale at Sports Rush

Sports Rush is moving to a new location down the street. To get ready, the Westwood Village store is having a big sale. You can find brand name shoes and exercise clothes for $20 and UCLA t-shirts for $9.95. The moving sale only lasts a short time so hurry.

5)    Learn about office organization for a chance to win $25 Store More Card

On Saturdays and Sundays between Feb. 26 and March 27, The Container Store will hold free demonstrations from an office organization expert at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. One person from each demonstration will win a $25 Store More Card.
