The AMC Avco Center 4 on Wilshire Boulevard will close Sunday after failed lease negotiations.
"AMC and the landlord were unable to reach agreeable lease renewal terms for AMC Avco Center 4,'' AMC spokesman Ryan Noonan told the Los Angeles Times. "The theatre will close at the end of business on Sunday, Dec. 4."
The property manager told the Los Angeles Times that a new theater chain will be sought to fill the vacant space.
This is the second movie theater to close in Westwood in the last two months, following the in October.
AMC currently operates the .
