Thanks Leslie, I'll have to try the places you mention (I've been to Mijares). Mexican is by far my favorite food and I'm always looking for new spots. Can't beat the tacos at El Taquito Mexicano on Lake!

For cheap, good tacos...it's hard to beat Baja Fish Taco next to the laundramat at May and Foothill. Just ask for the daily taco special at $1.00 each. It changes daily and is good any day from carnitas to shrimp. Just don't make is so crowded I can't get in there anymore... : )

They are owned and operated by RealMex corporation who own El Torito, & Chevy's. Most of Chevy's have already gone out of business, and with the way their cantina's are run, they cannot make a sizable profit to carry its inflated executive salaries, and failing restaurants. RealMex is also paying millions of dollars in wrongfull death lawsuits filed against them for deaths that occured in their bars, and parking lots during their DJ/Dance, Karaokie nights. RealMex also own, and opperate their own fleet of delivery trucks, and distribution centers instead of using an outside food supplier. Hope this helps.
