Serena Williams Puts Westwood Condo on Market for $1.85M

The 12-year-old condo has a fireplace, balconies and gourmet kitchen.

Tennis star Serena Williams is selling her Westwood condo.

The 31-year-old has listed the two-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom dwelling for $1.85 million, according to Tennis Now, which reports the 12-year-old condo also has a fireplace, balconies, a gourmet kitchen, marble, limestone and hardwood floors, a direct-access elevator and views of downtown Los Angeles.

The Wilshire Corridor building that houses the condo offers concierge service, a valet, pool, spa and gym, according to a Los Angeles Times report.

Williams, a 15-time Grand Slam singles champion and ranked by many in the tennis world as one of the sport's greatest players ever, lost her latest Australian Open match on Wednesday against 19-year-old Sloane Stephens, also a Los Angeles resident, according to The New York Times.
