Rescue Pet: Scruff Needs A New Home
This dog is available for adoption at the West L.A. Animal Shelter.
Scruff, a 10-year-old Bichon Mix, is looking to check out of the West L.A. Animal Shelter after a three-month stay.
He first came to the shelter in 2000 and returned ten years later a little unkempt.
"After a bath and a cute cut, he was a new dog again," writes New Hope coordinator Samantha Westbrook.

He is friendly with people and other dogs, she said.
