You have to expect that a dog is going to bark in a new environment. But unfortunately for Ren, a pomeranian mix, the first owner that adopted him wasn't willing to wait for Ren to settle down because Ren was returned the same day.
Ren was originally found and turned in to the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter back in April. He'd been found wandering the streets and a kind soul picked him up and brought him to the shelter before.
He's about five years old and has been neutered.

According to shelter personnel, he gets along really well with people and other cats and dogs, making him a great match for a family with lots of love and a little patience.
